		INSTALLATION Cerberus Services team of experienced and versatile engineers are able to provide a flexible and professional installation service on all the products that we supply. Our installation work is always carried out to an agreed program of works and performed in a safe and efficient manner whether in an occupied premises or not. This professional attitude has led to Cerberus being awarded the contracts for several schools in the Greater Birmingham area.
		MAINTENANCE We pride our selves in the level of service we give to our customers. The whole ethos of the company is one of service. We have achieved an enviable customer base of blue chip companies such as JCB, Masterlease and the Tussauds group based on our level of commitment. Often servicing and maintaining equipment the original manufactures have supplied but have failed to maintain to the required level.
		CONTRACT MAINTENANCE The wide range of our services also includes bespoke maintenance. We are happy to provide a repair service on a one off basis or to provide a preventive maintenance program thus avoiding down time were ever possible. We are one of the few companies to have been awarded a 3 year maintenance contract with an NHS trust. We are capable of servicing and maintaining all types of automated access equipment providing many national and international companies with this facility. We are confident our Service Department will exceed your expectations, however in the unlikely event that we fail to do this you can terminate at the end of the contract period, without notice, unlike many of our competitors where a 3-months notice is expected.
		ACCESS CONTROL For a long time we have been involved in a large number of access control projects and through experience have decided to only use two manufacturers AxxessID and Nortech. Between these two suppliers we have never encountered a requirement that we have not been able to fulfil. More importantly, when it comes to technical issues we are able to deal directly with both the hardware and software engineers which considerably speeds up the solutions.
		PEDESTRIAN and VEHICLE CONTROL Normally in the form of a physical barrier, a door or turnstile for personnel or a road blocker, barrier or gate for vehicles. Our ability to specify and supply the correct equipment and control system commensurate with the perceived risk ensures a cost effective solution.
		PARKING REVENUE Although we do not manufacture, supply or distribute our own equipment, our wide experience in the parking revenue field allows us to identify the type of equipment and after sales service required to keep these sophisticated systems working at optimum performance. Therefore, we only specify Amano equipment, sourced through our partners, the EA Group. We have successfully installed this equipment on a number of sites to complete client satisfaction.
